| Jacobean (Jacobean, Jacobeans) | | A style of architecture relating to the reign of James I of England (1603-25). A common feature is large, symmetrical gables on the front of the building. | | | Jacobite (Jacobite, Jacobites, Jacobitism) | | A supporter of James II after he was thrown off the English throne. James II was a member of the House of Stuart.
