The line was closed in the 1960s and is now largely dismantled.

This was a grocers shop belonging to Peter Willard. It is possible this portrait shows him seated in the middle of the front row with his staff.

They all appear to be well dresssed in typical late Victorian clothing. A crowd of villagers have gathered to watch them set off. It was built in circa 1756 and burnt down in 1950. The furnishings seen here are typical of the late 19th century.
