It was one of the most important speculative office developments of its period in Britain.It was built between 1961-66 by Richard Seifert and Partners; George Marsh was the designer. The 35-storey tower block faces on to Charing Cross Road. It has a raised glazed link at first floor level to a rear block containing shops, offices and residential flats. | |
